Report No. 21 on the research work on the topic “Gas engine power plants in Russia in the years 1994-2014 in the regions from A to N”

The company ABI has performed another research related to energy, this time - on the topic "Gas engine power plants in Russia in the years 1994-2014 in the regions from A to N", and proposes the report No. 21 on this work.

The study was focused on construction (installation) projects of mini-Thermal Power Plants and power plants based on gas engines. These projects have been implementing since 1994 to the present time or are in various stages of their implementation in the Russian regions beginning with letter "A" and ending with letter "N".

The report describes 156 projects and gives the most important characteristics of other 75 projects related to various economic activities. Besides, the report demonstrates the characteristics of power plant construction projects in the fields of oil, gas and coal, transport facilities, and gas storage facilities. Totally the report enumerates the projects implemented on the basis of more than 800 gas engine energy units. Projects for the convenience of geographical perception are structured by the Russian regions.

Project description is available at the following key indicators (if available): simple/ cogeneration/trigeneration cycle, installed electric and thermal power, commissioning year, location (construction), purpose of the construction, customer, main generating equipment (power plant model, engine, generator, boiler type, etc.), general designer, general contractor and others.
